Bill's early years were spent in the hotel trade where he became a manager and later moved to Real Estate where he became a franchisee owner of a Real Estate company.

 

 After 5 years he opened his own estate agency and building company, which he operated for the next 11 years before immigrating to New Zealand.

 

He spent the following 2 ½ years sailing with his family to New Zealand, an experience that few get to do and one he will always treasure.

 

He chose to live in Whangarei after visiting it on an earlier holiday. Whangarei’s coastal lifestyle perfectly suits his family and his hobbies which are fishing, diving and boating. The climate suits his other passion, gardening.

 

For the first 6 years Bill was a home consultant for The House Company and then Sovereign Homes respectively and in 2005 joined Tait Real Estate. His years of experience in Real Estate and construction stand him in good stead to assist clients with their real estate needs and help them find the right home or investment.
